This project seeks to identify the most CO , NO , SO & O3 gas contaminated areas in California state over a 10-year period from 2008 to 2018, and then identify the best areas for wind power plants to be close to these contaminated sources, so as to supply them with a clean electric capacity that costs less as they commit to ways of reducing their air-polluting effects.I expect many suitable places for wind power plants to be close to sources of pollution to stimulate clean energy
